Refund Policy

Why no refunds?

Scripts are digital products that are delivered instantly. Once you have access to the product, there is no way to "return" it like you would with a physical item. This policy is standard in the FiveM scripts industry and is supported by Tebex.

Before purchasing, make sure to:

• Read the complete product description
• Review the technical requirements (framework, dependencies)
• Watch videos and screenshots of the product
• Check the available documentation
• Ask on Discord if you have questions

Functional Product Guarantee

Although we do not offer refunds, we guarantee that our scripts work as described on the product page. If you experience a technical problem:

• Contact our support on Discord
• Our team will help you resolve the issue
• If there's a bug, we'll fix it with an update
• You'll receive support until the script works correctly

This guarantee does not apply if the problem is caused by: your modifications, incompatibility with third-party scripts, incorrect configuration, or use on an unsupported framework.

Only exception: Duplicate charge

The only case where we will process a refund is if Tebex made a duplicate charge due to a technical error (two charges for the same purchase). In this case:

• Contact support immediately with your transaction ID
• We will verify the error in the Tebex system
• If the duplicate is confirmed, Tebex will process the refund for the extra charge

Information for European Union buyers

According to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, EU buyers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content once:

• You have given your express consent for delivery to begin immediately
• You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon accessing the content

During the Tebex purchase process, you accept these conditions before completing payment. By receiving immediate access to the digital product, you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal.

About Chargebacks (Bank disputes)

A chargeback is when you request your bank or PayPal to reverse a charge without contacting us. This action has serious consequences:

• Immediate revocation of your license and product access
• Permanent ban from purchases in our store
• Ban from our Discord server
• Your account will be flagged in ALL Tebex stores (shared anti-fraud system)

Payment processing

All payments are securely processed by Tebex, a gaming-specialized payment platform with over 10 years of experience. We do not store card data or financial information.
